TERMS & CONDITIONS
- GENERAL:
-All materials are in A1 Quality unless otherwise stated. Prices in Euro (€).
-All materials are papered and dried for you to re-hydrate and set yourself.
-All materials are incl. full collecting data.
-All CITES protected species were imported legally with import permit and will be
exported incl. a re-export CITES permit if its outside the European Union.
-ORDERING & PAYMENT:
Please send me your order (Item Numbers and quantity) and I will check my stock
and reserve avaible materials for you. Then I will send you the pro-forma-invoice for the reserved materials. As payment method we accept bankdraft / banktransfer to our bank-account, paypal (www.paypal.com), anypay (www.anypay.com) or Western Union bank. Minimum order 40,-Euro.
Materials will be shipped carefully packed in a stable box at once after receipt of payment per registered airmail.
- LOW SHIPPING COSTS:
We always try our best to use the safest and cheapest way to ship your materials. We only charge the actual port costs per registered airmail: Europe: 6,- to 10,- Euro; USA,Canada, Japan: about 6,- to 14,-Euro. Packing costs are free! (we ship safely in a stable double-box).

In case you are not satisfied with a specimen or shipment you can feel free to return it to us within 14 days after receive and we will return the respective amount to you (before returning any materials please contact us per e-mail).

From 1000,-Euro Total amount and up: 5% discount (no additional discount for for already discounted prices). We are always happy to assist customers who buy at very large amounts with special caution.

-Alle Insekten sind getrocknet, getütet.und mit kompletten Daten.
-Vom CITES Abkommen geschützte Arten wurden legal mit Einfuhrgenehmigung des Bundesamt für Naturschutz,Bonn importiert. Wir haben keine geschützten europäischen Arten im Angebot.
-BESTELLUNG UND ZAHLUNG:
Lieferung an Neukunden und Lieferung ausserhalb Deutschlands nur nach Vorkasse oder per Nachnahme.Lieferung an Stammkunden auf Rechnung. Bei Vorkasse: bitte senden Sie mir Ihre Bestellung und ich reserviere vorrätige Exemplare.Dann sende ich Ihnen die Vorausrechnung. Zahlungen moeglich per Überweisung, paypal oder Western Union bank.
Versand sofort nach Zahlungseingang per versichertem Paket (Deutschland) oder per Luftpost,eingeschrieben (ausserhalb Deutschlands). Die Preise beinhalten für Kunden innerhalb Deutschlands 7% Mehrwertsteuer.
